Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival day are free!
Up to 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, 70% of the full package price is due
in the final week before you are due to arrive, 90% of the full package price is due
If the booked rooms are not occupied, 90% of the entire package price will be required
In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, the entire price will be required

It is not possible for package content that has not been availed of to be redeemed in cash.
