To make your booking binding, we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price not later than 2 weeks after booking.

Reservations only becoming binding upon receipt of a deposit. For a reservation (accommodation contract), terms at www.hotelverband.at apply. In the event of variations in the reservation confirmation prices, the prices stated in price lists always apply.

Sounds unpleasant and it is indeed unpleasant! We offer a fair solution:

• Cancellations are only valid when they are in writing.
• Cancellations made up to 2 weeks in summer and 2 weeks in winter prior to the agreed arrival day are free.
• Up to 1 month before arrival day, 40% of the entire package price will be due
• Up to 1 week before arrival day, 70% of the entire package price will be due • in the final week before arrival day, 90% of the entire package price will be due
• If the booked rooms are not occupied, 90% of the entire package price will be required
• In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, the entire price will be required
• Subject to the terms and conditions of  www.hotelverband.at.

Rooms are available from 14.00. Should you not be arriving until after 18.00, please telephone us to let us know.

On the day you are due to depart, please vacate your room by 10.00.

Facilities vary depending on the room category.

Our guests can choose from various room categories when they are making a booking. Booking specific rooms and floors is only possible on request.

Packages cannot be swapped between room categories. Packages can only be booked during the dates specified and in advance. Services that are not availed of will not be reimbursed.

Local taxes in Neukirchen are € 2 per person and night. As of December 18, 2025 this will be increased to € 3.- per person per night (payable by those aged 15 and over).

If you book an overnight stay with breakfast, the price is € 7.00 less per person.

Buffet breakfast and use of our wellness oasis is included.

The single room supplement is € 15.00 - 30.00 per night. (Available single rooms: Rettenstein-Room and Venediger- and Großglockner Studios)

Dogs only permitted upon advance agreement.

Please be aware that your pet is not permitted in the dining hall, wellness area or in the swim biotope – not all room categories are available to book.

Cleaning fee € 20.00 per dog and night (not including feed).

Your hotel bill can be settled in cash, via debit card (Maestro), VISA, Mastercard or AMEX or via transfer before you arrive for your holiday.
