When you make a booking, a deposit of 20% of the full amount is due.

Our cancellation conditions are generous. Take a look for yourself:

• Cancellations made up to 3 months prior to the agreed arrival day are free!
• Up to 1 month before arrival day, 40% of the entire package price will be due
• Up to 1 week before you are due to arrive, 70% of the full package price is due
• in the final week before you are due to arrive, 90% of the full package price is due
• If the booked rooms are not occupied, 90% of the entire package price will be required
• In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, the entire price will be required

It is not possible for package content that has not been availed of to be redeemed in cash.
