To guarantee your booking, we ask for a deposit in the height of 20 % of the total amount.
* Cancellation:
Sounds annoying and it is! It is a shame for everyone if rooms are left vacant! Especially when others would gladly have stayed here. Please let us know well in advance. We make every effort to be understanding. Austrian Federal Hotel guidelines (from 23.09.1981) apply in all instances.
